Is there any way I can take away the white line between the user 3-area and the user 4-area in the Ja Rutile-template.

Look in template.css (line 920)

ul.menu li
background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;
border-bottom:1px solid #F1F1F1;

Remove the line in red.
