This is the error I am getting.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare virtuemartBuildRoute() (previously declared in /home/narhariltd/public_html/modyl/components/com_tcpdf/router.php:23) in /home/narhariltd/public_html/modyl/components/com_virtuemart/router.php on line 332

This is after updating to Joomla! 3.6.4 from the back-end of my website.

this was an issue from the tcpdf , Kindly disable or update this 3rd party extension .
It seems the extension is not ready for this Joomla version .
