    Hi Saguaros,
    thank you for your message.
    The site is on line, but with the old version. So on line you will only see the first problem (for which I wrote you the first time= not correct display of the cart when using smartphone).
    Then, all the upgrades, etc, are done by me in local first as I don’t want people to see my "problems".
    So the problem I found out this morning (of which I sent you the picture) is in local, not on line. The site on line is not yet updated to the new version, nor with the file you sent this morning.
    I do not want to upgrade the site on line until I am sure everything is ok.
    I guess you understand 🙂
    That is why I have sent you the docs of the site to install in local.
    If it is not too much work for you, probably the easiest is for you to install in local…..
    also, in this way I do not have to change all the passwords and all that stuff…. :-)!

    You can use Akeeba backup and send me a backup of your site so I can work in my local. And if possible, upload to another file sharing as I can’t download with above link you sent me.

    You can send me the login info of your site, it’s just only file as I mentioned above. I will check it directly for you instead of wasting time for the restore of site.

    Something wrong from your server as when I upload the file: /templates/ja_techzone/html/com_virtuemart/cart/default_pricelist.php into your site, it notices 500 Internal Server Error: http://prntscr.com/arewee

    Could you please contact them for help on setting the permission for your site?

    send me the file immediately and I will try to upload it. I have just verified the accesses and you have permissions for all. I entered with the pw created for you and it works. are you in ftp? are you uploading in ftp? thanks

    what kind of permissions do you need? where exactly? is it possible to set your permissions in ftp? I am here for a while, let me know
