November 18, 2011 at 4:04 pm #170835I got new problem now. I have upload my own logo to the templates/teline4/images/ folder to replace the teline4 old logo.png. It works great on default profile, which is works great in my homepage. But when I go to the category page which is using different profile, the logo back to the old one instead showing the new logo. I have tried to clean up the T3 chace and clear my won computer chace, but still have no effect. Please help me:((

November 18, 2011 at 4:17 pm #425285Hi khoand, sorry, I just fix it. There is ‘images’ folder in each core/themes folder. And each profile load the logo from there. I just need to copy my own into all of those folder. Thank you anyway.

November 25, 2011 at 5:51 am #426346Try to clean up the T3 cache, or simply delete all files in the t3asset folder in the root (if the permission is not granted). Clean the computer cache and reload the page.

November 25, 2011 at 3:11 pm #426404Click the ‘JAT3 Clean Cache’ in the admin panel. If no effect, try to empty the folder ‘t3-assets’ in the root where the joomla files stored. And also clean the computer cache. Then refresh the page. Hope this will solve the issue.
If still don’t solve the problem, then try to ‘inspect element’ (chrome->right click the logo image->click ‘inspect element’->click ‘resources’ tab or check style (background: url…) in the css used) to check out where the image load from. When you know where the image logo load from, then simply go to that folder and replace the logo file with your own file.
