Following the comment about Fireboard being a simple Forum app for Joomla I decided to try it out

Sadly, it screwed up my homepage – which is Teline basednor JA-Tabs
Nothing works on the page – the JA-NEWS

But the following two section pages work OK

The only thing different is the Headline app.

Any ideas on how to make it work?

UPDATE: I unpublished the JA NEWS component and the JA TABS started to work again – but now I can’t figure out how to get the regular front page working properly (with the article summaries).

In joomla admin panel go to Menu>mainmenu.
Under Menu Item find Home, press there and take a look at Parameters on right side.
# Leading Set to 1
# Intro Set to 2
Columns Set to 2
# Links Set to 1

See the attached picture for how it will be looking.

If you wanna show more news on frontpage just change #Intro to the number you would like to show.

Any ideas out there why JA NEWS does not want to play nice with Fireboard?
