You guys are smarter than me with the technical stuff, so I have to ask – I just added a FaceBook “Share” button to my 1.6 site article, however, when I repost on Facebook the description is pulled from the main site meta description (Global Setting) instead of the Article meta description. Is this something in the plugin? Template? Facebook? Would love a fix.
Thanks.
February 19, 2011 at 5:52 am #377450Seems to be working okay now. Go figure.

February 21, 2011 at 8:48 am #377711hi, is this still a problem? As far as I know this is likely an issue of our site, FB just parses our page content to get the description.
February 22, 2011 at 8:17 pm #377981Yes, it is still an issue. The site Meta is all that’s being posted and the article Meta is ignored.
Thanks.

June 25, 2011 at 9:12 am #398368Hi friend,
You can download the latest version of Teline IV 1.6 now, the issue last time has been fixed, the articles meta data are now fetched correctly.
http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=2115
If you find some cases with wrong meta data please tell me, we can inspect further in detail.August 6, 2011 at 7:50 pm #404811@Hung Nguyen 249563 wrote:
Hi friend,

August 9, 2011 at 9:33 am #405087Hi Iboux,
Unfortunately this also has been fixed with Teline IV j1.5. I will create another bug report regarding this. Please wait for a little more time for us to give out the fix.
