There is a graphic called “note.gif” that drops down from the very top of teline 4’s homepage, and it is very annoying. It’s a ie6 reference, which drops down even on the latest firefox, safari, and chrome.

How do I remove it completely?

It could be disabled in JA T3 Framework. Open file jat3jat3base-themesdefaultblocksie6ie6warning.php
find
[php]define (‘SHOW_IE6_WARNING’, ‘close’);[/php]
change to
[php]define (‘SHOW_IE6_WARNING’, ‘none’);[/php]
