I am using Teline ll and have installed sobi2, but the template is causing a conflict with the search function, is there a solution to this?

The search function doesn’t work, I search for the name of a client and it doesn’t come up, when I run the system check it says
Warning This template includes several JavaScripts which may conflict with the MooTools library. The SOBI2 search function may not work properly.: mootools | addEvent
