I have tried following the instructions given in the documentation for a manual installation. Uploaded package file ja_teline_v.v1.1.1.zip and got a "successfully installed" message – however, the template does not appear on the templates page. Trying "Discover" does not reveal the template either. T3 (v2.6.4) is installed and enabled.

Please advise

I tried to use ‘Discover’ function and installed JA Teline V for you, kindly check. It’s working now.

Thanks – perhaps had something to do with caching why Discover didn’t work for me.

I am happy that it all seems to be working fine.
