I just noticed that Teline IV is Joomla 1.6 ready, and would like to change my site from Joomla 1.5 and Teline III to the updated Teline IV, I used the quick install setup when I first setup the site, How do I move everything over to Joomla 1.6 as well as change the Template.

you better wait a couple of mouth before do that, unless you have time to spent. if your site is doing well, don’t do this migration yet. Teline IV for joomla 1.6 is still beta version and a full migration tool from 1.5 to 1.6 is not yet ready from all points of view.
my opinion, after 3 weeks of same job 🙂
