We are having a problem where the site is on the server and we can access the Admin but the site itself will not show. We figure it may be something with your template that’s causing the problem cause I installed the basic Joomla software to the same server location and it works just fine but when I installed your Quickstart with your template it just won’t appear. Please fix this ASAP.

The template may be working now but our custom work we did is now gone. Did you not see the site we had created?
No, what did you do? All our custom work is gone now, you over wrote everything we did. Did you not see the site for the client?

You are saying here that template won’t appear from quickstart installation. One can only assume that you didn’t have the chance to make any changes because of that. This is why i reinstalled the template.

I reverted everything to it’s previous state. Will try to find the reason why your changes are blocking the template.

I had hoped but you didn’t see that there was a site there that didn’t look like your template. We took your template and created something new. I never said in my original message to remove what we did and put the original template back up.

Please understand that after we created a site for the client the site will not appear. It may have to do with the index page but not sure.

Do NOT reinstall the base template. Just find out why the site will not come up as it is.

What is supposed to be appearing is this site

I really need this problem taken care of right away. Please look into why the site is not coming up and do not reinstall the template. Per my last message I sent you the link to what the site is and what’s been created. There’s something wrong with why the site won’t appear. It may be the index page or something else. We need it fixed ASAP.

Dear bwc24jt,

Please raise a support ticket for this issue. Histerix has taken due backup before trying to help you out and he has replaced it back. We dont do anything without taking backups.

Regarding Kyanite II, this is the first such report, guys around are using it normally. It has to be something on your end only. Please Raise a support ticket.
