The frontend says T3 plugin is not enabled.

When trying to update JA healthcare, i get this

Warning

Update path does not exist.

Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPETYPE.

Although username and pw are in the extension manager.

I would appreciate any help as the site is down right now.

Kindly download the T3 plugin from the download section and install it on your site . An error is T3 not enable .
I tried to access your admin panel but its forbidden http://prntscr.com/dbwipk
Kindly provide full access so that I can check it .
