November 15, 2012 at 2:10 pm #182263Unless I am missing something it doesn’t seem possible to change the template colour just by changing the default style. The only way I have been able to make the change is to use the ‘Assignment’ menu item overrides. Has the new T3 been designed this way or am I missing something simple ? Joomla 3 install using quickstart.
Thanks in advance.

November 16, 2012 at 9:53 am #473126We developed “ThemeMagic” option and use on JA Brisk Template. You can use it and change color on the template as follows:
+ Enable it on your template

Admin area->Extensions->Template Manager->JA Brisk Template->General Tabs->Enable ThemeMagic set YES

+ Click ThemeMagic button and you can change colour on your template.Jason Hill FriendJason Hill

November 22, 2012 at 1:47 pm #473940Belive it or not I am still having trouble changing the theme colour. I have tried….
Theme magic – Select Red Theme – Clicked Save
I have tried changing the Theme colour just under the ‘Theme’ Tab of template manager.
Have tried changing default style to JA Brisk – Red.None of these actually change the colour on the front end. The only way I can achieve this is by using the ‘Assignment’ menu item overrides.
Is this a bug of some description or am I simply doing it wrong ?
Thanks again ?

November 23, 2012 at 3:19 am #473977I see some a difference between JAT3v3 vs JOOMLA 3.0: Template style->Theme->Layout->Assignment Menu.
For example you want to change colour on front-end site.
+ JA Brisk – Red style->Home or Default->Layout(select and define position)->Assignment menu.Here are the user guide and video about JAT3v3 and JA Brisk template.
JA Brisk Template: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/user-guide-ja-brisk-template-for-joomla-2-5/
JAT3v3: http://demo.t3.joomlart.com/joomla25/documentation.html and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7XT5NAVbQ0o&feature=plcpPls try and get back to me if you have any other questions.

November 24, 2012 at 2:52 am #474069This is terrible!!!
I had so many problems to change the color, the same problems as user “hilly”.
And when I did change the “Assignement” to the “homepage”, the color changed…. but…. the template CHANGED ALL THE POSITIONS!!!!I lost the template positions order, and I DONĀ“T KNOW HOW TO PUT THEM BACK!!
Do you know how to go back to have the initial module positions?
Thanks
