BY using W3 CSS validator to test, there is one mistake:
It says “54 div.module_hilite h3 Property text-shadow doesn’t exist in CSS level 2.1 but exists in : 1px 1px 0 #2356ad 1px 1px 0 #2356ad”
How to fix it please?

The div in question uses a shadow effect that exists in css 3 but not in css 2.1. If you use a css 3 validator then you would not see that message.
