Hi

Not sure if this is the right forum to ask, but here goes.

I need to transform a website to a responsive design with a red ribbon. My idea was to place a scaleable background image into a Joomlart template. However this is aparantly a bit too much for my skillset. Can anyone herehelp, and if so, what would your prices be?

Please see possible mock-up solutions. The prefered template that has to be customized, is this one: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_magz

I will be please if you can answer my asap.

The examples below are just suggestions. What is important is that the website is responsive, build on a template I provide, and that it has a red ribbon design, as if it looks like a present, once you see the website.

This sounds like a customization effort that is beyond the scope of JA Technical Support.

Might I suggest posting your project idea on JOOMLANCERS or one of the other freelance project sites.
