While waiting for the JA company template to be released, I went to https://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates# to check out other templates. Unfortunately, many of the demos are not working. When I click on a template a new page loads, then I click on "Live demo" button and then I get an error – Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This is true for JA Alumni, JA Oslo, JA Brickstore and probably a lot more.

Hello,

The demo site at http://www.joomlart.com/demo/ is loading fine at our end . I went to check the specific demo of JA Alumni, JA Oslo, JA Brickstore and could not find any problem.

Could you try to access the demo again? It was probably just temporarily server issue at the time.

Thanks for checking.
The problem seems to be browser related, I just checked in Chrome and Firefox developer version and it worked, but Firefox 52.0.2 didn’t work. Hmmm.

I’ve just tried with Firefox and it worked fine. Maybe clearing the browser’s cache would help.

I tried clearing the cache and deleting cookies, but the problem remains. If you have any other suggestions I’d love to hear them, but for the moment, I will just use a different browser.

Hi,

Maybe you could try to access the demo tomorrow to see if anything changes.

The only other suggestion I have is to reinstall Firefox and delete all the old settings.
