Submit a support Ticket, but get no access (I don´t know why).

Have big problems with Teline III templates (see screenshots):

– on the frontpage and some section/categories the modules not shown on the right position (col mass, right). Now the position is deeply under the main content
– the headline of some articles goers out of the template: wrong formatted?
– the mainmenu is double

I can´t use the template.

Don´t know, if I the only one with that problem, because nobody answers.

But I have the problem with some Joomlarts-Templates (Lime, Rave).
If somebody can help me, I am very happy

Check if content of articles is not copied from MS Word and does not contain JS and own CSSs. Articles text should be copied as “Plain Text”.
Also, what happens if you set template’s width to “Auto”?
