I have Joomal 1.5.4 going in legacy mode. When I install the template it goes to a pgae that simply says “hi”… Do I need to register my domain name with Joomlart or something?

Hi
I install new clean Joomla 1.5.4, turn on legacy, then install Helio template cho Joomla 1.5
And everything is okie
