When I click template edit for hawkstore template I see nothing only white page.Also when I choose another color as a default template,I can not see vm shop.I will be very glad if you could help.

Try Enabling Error reporting in site config and check that you can getting any error notification on the white page.

I opened debug but I get no message,it is still white page.

Try looking through phpinfo() and see if simplexml is loaded

To enable this do the following

In the php.ini file

;extension=simplexml.so

needed to be changed to

extension=simplexml.so

If you cannot edit php.ini file, please contact your hosting provider and ask enabling the simple.so for your hosting

This is a kind of php config issue, can you ask your hosting provider to install dom
