Hello,
I have just paid to join this Template Club today.
I have paid my $40.00 , but so far my experience has been really bad. :((
I have downloaded JA Shopping II as the Demo Site looked fantastic.
I installed the template, and everything seemed to be ok, but then when I treid to set it up as the default template , I received an error message that read : “Template File Not Found! Looking for template:ja_shopping_ii “
As far as I can see the template directory is definitely installed:
/home/redplast/public_html/joomla/templates/ja_shopping_ii
But the template just will not work at all!:((
This issue must be template related as all of my other previously installed templates work perfectly!
I have contacted my hosting provider, and they have investigated the problem, and have confirmed for me that it is template related. They have advised me to contact the templates author about this problem.
I have tried emailing JoomlArt but have had no response at all so far :((
I really do hope somebody can advise me as I really would love to use this template ( the only reason I joined this club was so that i could download this template!), but so far I am just $40.00 down and very unhappy!
:((
December 10, 2006 at 2:45 am #212425I would try and uninstall the template, then download a new copy and try it again.

If I try to go to his site I get “Template File Not Found! Looking for template:ja_shopping_ii”
Did you try it in the preview only and it looked good or did you go at it from a normal user???
December 10, 2006 at 3:16 pm #212435Sorry but my site is still NOT wqorking with this template!
It still says “Template File Not Found! Looking for template:ja_shopping_ii””

I almost wonder if there isn’t something more going on here. When I try to view your site thru Solarflare that is nasty also.

</blockquote>Really!?? Oh, bugger.
I’m really confused, I don’t know why these templates won’t work!I am currently using wild_wind by Shelton Johnson (mambozilla.com) and that is working fine, but it really is not ideal for my needs, and I would much rather use JA Shopping II.
Im at a loss as to what to do next!
