Is it possible to rename the template folder name /templates/ja_company/ without needing any settings to be done? Can we simply rename the folder?

Hi
You can rename the template from template options
here is tutorial.

Please note after renaming the template it will no longer consider as JA Extension and cannot be updated via JA Extension Manager.
We do not suggest customise the template name.
