Guys, help me, when i test template in Internet Explorer, 6 or 7 he is completely unconfigured. Can you help me?

And i use IE8 Compatibility plugin – but the problem continues 🙁

From what I’m seeing, my IE 6 is not interpreting the tags <! – If not the css of my index.php 🙁
