Ok, I’ve uninstalled the JA Anion template then reinstalled the updated template and I’m getting the Install Template Error – JInstaller::install: File ‘/tmp/install_4c480a2c2fd8a/js’ does not exist..

Any ideas here? Thank you. 🙂

1) Decompress ja_anion.v1.2.0.zip (template instalation .zip file)
2) Edit TemplateDetails.xml
3) Delete the line <folder>js</folder>
<files>
<filename>component.php</filename>
<filename>favicon.ico</filename>
<filename>index.html</filename>
<filename>index.php</filename>
<filename>info.xml</filename>
<filename>params.ini</filename>
<filename>template_thumbnail.png</filename>
<folder>core</folder>
<folder>info</folder>
<folder>css</folder>
<folder>images</folder>
<folder>blocks</folder>
<folder>html</folder>
<folder>js</folder>
</files>
4) Compress all Files and Folder in a new .zip
5) Install again.

BYE… and Where is the joomlart support? >:(

In additon to removing <folder>js</folder> as stated above, I also had to:
1) delete the ja_anion directory in /templates (as I had already tried to install the template)
2) install and enable the JA T3 Framework plugin as stated in the instructions
3) change the following code in TemplateDetails.xml:

FROM:
<languages>
<language tag=”en-GB”>en-GB.tpl_ja_t3_blank.ini</language>
</languages>
<administration>
<languages folder=”admin”>
<language tag=”en-GB”>en-GB.tpl_ja_t3_blank.ini</language>
</languages>
</administration>

TO:
<languages>
<language tag=”en-GB”>en-GB.tpl_ja_anion.ini</language>
</languages>
<administration>
<languages folder=”admin”>
<language tag=”en-GB”>en-GB.tpl_ja_anion.ini</language>

I will never again renew my account with these guys, customer support is bad! I never had any issues with other club templates, and second of all the 7 day guarantee is all a lie. I lost 4 customers because of their templates not working like they should. I might be a developer but I paid good money for templates to work.

Holy Molly, You really don’t expect Joomlart to meet and satisfy everybodies whines. Thats why we have a forum. Post here and be patient. Someone will come along and tell you where you are going wrong.

In this instance, Just copying the files over using ftp would have solved everything.
