If you could not install template
    Please check

    1) If your package is corrupt? Unzip and random check file size or content.
    2) Did you upload your project from Localhost to the live sever, and you forgot to configure paths in the configuration.php? Use Akeeba Backup for packing and moving sites. It helps.
    3) You check permission of the tmp, and cache folder, increase to 777 and see again.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’, expecting ‘(‘ in /homepages/19/d152026031/htdocs/Joomla1.5/plugins/system/jat3/core/common.php on line 224

This is the error that I get when I install the template and right after I enable the T3 Framwork. Please help me out ASAP.

Can both of you please try re-install t3 framework plugin from here ::

    http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=317

ensuring all files and parent folder to set to chmod 755 or 777 for::

    plugins/system/jat3 after installation

Could both of you detail which package you are installing (are you installing the quickstart or the template then the plugin?) and the date you downloaded it.

I am guessing that baguapalm is not using the quickstart but please verify.

Rclpris, have you managed to fix this as your post is a little old now? If not can you give as much details as possible including what I have asked for above.

    Hello,

I did install the last quickstart that is available in the download area here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=370 . I did reinstall the last t3 as suggested by FTP.

    Same result: http://herboristory.fr/

    Can you help?

    Tks

What version of PHP are you running?

    #362805

If you are running version 4.x then that could be the problem. If you are running version 5.x them please PM me admin logon details so I can check a few things.

    Hello,

I’ve upgraded to PHP 5 & the site works now.

Thank your very much for your help.

    All the best

Glad you got it sorted. Good move upgrading too. PHP4 has been retired for a long time now so no security updates have been available for a long time.
