I have been using Joomlart for more than 5 years. This is the first time I had a problem like this:

During the installation you go through 3 steps where you enter your credentials then hit the button to install it. You screen then shows that the template installing with progress bar. Then it returns to the stage three of installation screen without completing the installation.

Also when downloaded the templates antivirus program warns me for trojan. I have ignored once to make sure no files are affected with installation. But still having problem to install it.
Can anyone help?

I then installed plan Joomla then installed the theme. But it is so hard to find the way around the them without sample data:(

Hi

This is a false positive warning from your antivirus , most probably it has removed files from the quickstart package and you are having problems to install it

I can suggest to disable your antivirus then try again to download the quickstart package and start from scratch the whole installation procedure, we tested ja mono quickstart many times on various clients installations and never we had such problems

I cannot replicate your issue , you can ask your hosting provider if all minimum requirements are fullfilled
