Dear all,

I just installed Pyrite, and I’d like to add another template to my site, but there is an error message appear,
1.
Warning, fail to move file.
Unable to find install package

2.
I’m using Internet Explorer, when I tried to upload an image and clike on the button, nothing happend. please help me to resolve these problem out. Thank you. please find my login detail as mentioned below.

Do not provide your site login info in open.

Do not make duplicate threads for the same problem. Your earlier thread with the same problem has been deleted.

Hi,

Thank you for your quick reply. But the problem is still there. Nothing resolved. Pyrite template was installed by quick start package. I’d like to add another template, but when I click on the upload and install button, the error message appears.

Warning, fail to move file.
Unable to find install package

and image upload interface doesn’t work under IE under Media manager.

Could please help me to solve this problem. Thanks a lot.

Hi Arvind,

Thank you for your advice, I’m new here. When I asked for help, I saw there is something like formula that I need to fill up with my login in order to get help from the others. So I did it.

This problem makes me a big headack since several days.

Hi hobbyfun,

Which another template you wish to install? I shall give it a try.

When you add your site info…. make sure you add it in the “require Help from Mod / Admin” box only… do not include your login details into the posts.
