September 26, 2009 at 12:27 pm #318693Dear hobbyfun,
I would be deleting your earlier thread. We could see your login info in that thread too.
Please try again now. I have fixed the directory permission problems.
Your hosting / Joomla installation has problems related with directory permission issues. Generally CHMOD of 755 should work fine. Had to set some of your directory permissions to 777 to make it work.

No I did not try to upload images. It again must be related to the permission problems you have in your Joomla Installation. You are bound to face problems at almost each step, because of your permission problems and its not wise to CHMOD all the directories 777. High time you evaluate your hosting environment and change host if required.
Can you attribute image uploading problem to the Template you are using? Please try the same by changing the template to Joomla default. If it works, then let us know.
I am afraid we wont be able to help much with your Hosting / Joomla setup problems. Anything related to JA Templates, feel free.

Disable all plugins, extensions and addons you have in IE and try again.
