    Hi

You should make these changes from "responsive layout" tab and hide positions for various screens sizes

    Hi there

Your menu items are using the Default No Sidebar layout while you applied your changes on the default layout

There were no modules published in footer-1 and footer-2 before , i created 2 new test modules and applied your requested changes to the Default No Sidebar layout

As you can see now all settings are working correctly
footer-1 is showed in large / desktop layout and footer-2 position for all other screen sizes

    Best regards

    Hi

There are no more published modules in your website , could you advise to which specific module you want to change title color ?
