I am currently using Teline III on my site and it’s working fine. I am trying to upgrade to Teline 4 and to test, I created a new Joomla installation, installed Teline 4, installed the framework plugin and imported my database.

When I try to load the page, it takes about 20-30 seconds before it loads. I even tried disabling all the modules but that didn’t affect the load time at all.

Am I missing a step?
