I’m attempting to disable the mobile view by accessing the template manager; however, I receive an error when I try to edit the style. Can someone please assist in disabling the mobile view/ fixing access to the style editor? Thanks!

Hi @cmgaskell,

There might be a problem with your templateDetails.xml file, If you don’t know how to check that file, please provide a temporary FTP account via private reply so I can investigate the problem for you.

Hi,

I reverted the templateDetails.xml with original file and you can access the template settings panel as normal now, please recheck.
