Template manager not working properly.

English is one way and another in Spanish.
The data in the English version can be modified and the Spanish can not.
Anyway, the layout does not react in any of the versions.
I installed the last version.

English language manager template
Layout settings

Desktop Layout: default
Handheld Layout: handheld
Layout Iphone: iphone
Android Layout: iphone

Spanish language manager template

I have checked this issue on the last version: 2 languages installed and Joomfish installed, everything works well, you can try to Enable Development Mode and disable cache via the Templates’ configuration and test this issue again.

Make sure you clear the cache, before testing it out again. At times the files are still cached and can give you false negative results.

if the problem still exists , pls give us the administrator account and FTP account our developer will check this issue in detail.
