Hi,
I have installed the QuickStart Version of JA OnePage.

When I access Template Manager -> Styles -> “ja_onepage – Modern”, I am redirected to a blank page however the demo site takes me to the “Template Manager” and allows me to edits style as per section IV of your guide i.e. “IV. Template Setting/Customization”.

Please advise.

Hi cheryl,

Your issue often is related to the PHP configurations on your server which causes our T3 system plugin not work well.
Pls go to backend >> System >> Copy & put the data of PHP settings & PHP information here. Then I will check & give you the suitable solution if posible.
