On a live installation of JA_Charity we have after updating the template to the latest version, problems as shown in screen shot. Positions are not visible under the layout tab.

Hi there

If you have any .html or .htm file in your Joomla installation folder then rename or remove it , you should have only joomla files in it’s folder.

I have just tried to remove .html and .htm files and the result is the same. Positions are still not visible under the layout tab.

Got it now. I had the same problem as in this topic:

https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/off-canvas-menu-permanently-showing-on-homepage-even-when-viewing-on-desktop/

When that fix is used the positions are not visible under the layout tab. Removing that fix makes positions visible under the layout tab.
