Im trying to add more modules, or sections, im not sure what they are called, to my template.

i want the “User 5” section up and also the “users 1,2, 8, 9, and 3” visible. But when ever i search in the admin panel for them ,i dont see anywhere to add them! I go to module manager but theres nothing there.

someone please help me, i must be over looking something.
