I am not able to change the color on the template. I go to the template manager and select a different color and save it. The color doesn’t change. I saw on the thread to go to home menu and change it there and I did change it from the default to Ja Ores and the color still did not change.

I’m not sure steps you did follow, but you can try again as follows:

Go to Admin site -> Extensions -> Template Manager -> JA_Ores – Default -> Options -> Profiles -> Advanced Settings -> Theme Settings and set the theme you wish.

See the screenshot for reference:

Once done to clear cache from admin area.

I tried the instruction given here, however, when I click on “Default” or the edit icon next to it under advanced settings, nothing happens. I do not get a list of the available themes.

@dwalker: I see your site is using old T3v2 framework version. Please download and install the latest version here.

I could not help you on this installation, since the credentials you provided me did not grant me permission to proceed this task.

Thanks Ninja, that fixed that specific problem. Just an FYI, the version I had downloaded is the one listed in the JA Ores template download page. I also noticed that the JA Slideshow version listed in the template downloads is out of date as well, however, when I go to the JA Slideshow page, I am not able to download the current version directly from there. The version listed in the JA Ores template downloads also has some issues, such as not being able to save settings after changing them.

I’m not sure why you were not able to complete that with the credentials I sent you, as I set the user type to administrator.

Regarding download JA Slideshow module latest version you can try to get it here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=3855

Beside that, I just set the config your site works with Light-Blue theme, you can check and change to other if you wish. Let me know how it goes.
