    Hello,

    I almost have my website completely transferred to joomlart template, however I’m currently having problems adding the following code to an HTML module:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    <!--
    padding = "1";
    width = "250px";
    bgColor = "#FFFFFF";
    linkColor = "#262626";
    textColorA = "#0F8C00";
    textColorB = "#0A0A0A";
    border = "1px solid #ADADAD";
    textFont = "12px textopx Arial, Helvetica, Sans serif";
    //-->
    </script>
    <script language="javascript" src="http://www.resultados-futbol.com/web/primera-2012-1/1/0/1"></script>
    <a target="_blank" style="margin-left:85px;font-size:10px;color:262626;" href="http://www.resultados-futbol.com/primera">Primera División</a>

    It takes the HTML but leaves out the Javascript part.

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for the quick response — I have on quick question, following your steps I managed to make it work, however as soon as I enable the editor again for my superAdmin user, the module disappears(the javascript is removed).

    Thank you

    To turn off the filter, go to your administrative area, Site…Global Configuration…Text Filters and change the “super users” (or whatever group is needed) to No filtering instead of standard blacklist.

    To turn off the editor, click the “toggle editor” right above the line of editing options. This is assuming you are using JCE, if not and just using the standard tinymce, I think it’s the same. In JCE settings, there is also a setting to allow this without turning off the editor so you can use the “code editor” to insert the code with javascript, etc.

    Hope this helps.

    Unfortunately nothing worked for me. I think even my article editor is missing some commands (see attachment)

    Thanks for any valuable help.

    Did you make the changes to the global config? And did you click that text just to the upper left of the editor (where it says texte de le’article)?

    I’m not sure about the configuration of javascript and other similar code in the tinymce editor. Nor do I know exactly what icons should be in there, as I replace it in every Joomla install I do with JCE. In JCE, you can specifically configure the javascript to be allowed.

    Both parts need to allow it for it to work. If you go to “plain text” mode by clicking that text above the editor, you should be able to still see the javascript when you toggle between them. If not, it’s the editor blocking it. If it survives that, but disappears when you save the article, then it’s the text filters that are goofing it up.

    Does that help at all?

    Hi,
    I don’t think your editor is missing any command, you can sure that.
    If you don’t want your editor remove your code, you can go to Back-end >> Extensions >> Plugin Manager >> Find Editor – TinyMCE >> Remove script from Prohibited Elements >> Save and clear cache.
    When editing, click on Toogle Editor, don’t use in Text.

    : ( oh I’m really sorry.
    Could you please send me your site URL, admin acc, and FTP acc for further check.
    Is that what you want is your editor won’t leave out the Javascript part anymore ? Please describe more about your problem.

    Hi,
    I have set No filter for your editor.
    I checked on Joomla original, problem is the same with module custom HTML. If you paste script to your site, then hit Save then Close, script is Save, but hit Save & Close, script won’t be save.
    So that how to save your script in custom HTML.

    Hi,
    I have set ‘script’ in ‘Extended Valid Elements’ of plugin Tiny MCE for your site. I think it should work now.
