Hi all,

When i use joomla 3.6.2, template is work but kunena and virtuemart refuse to install.
But
when i use joomla 4.8.2 kunena and virtuemart work but template is not work ( http://localhost/sitename/index.php/en/). we have white Page.

Hi,

As I know that the latest version of Joomla is 3.6.4, not 4.8.2

Our template should work well with J!3.6.2 and if you can’t install Kunena / VM, please check again the package you install, or you can try to install with default Joomla package to make sure that you’re using correct package of these extensions.

In case you face white page, try going to Backend > Global Configuration > Server tab > and enable the Error Reporting (you can set to Maximum), then it will show error if any in that white page.
