Hi I have activated the template preview. However, where I click on it under Ja_teline_v Details and Files, it opens a new link which is blank hence impossible to see the positions of the template in the preview.

Please help. Thanks

Hi there

You modified in the wrong way this file /templates/ja_teline_v/html/mod_footer/default.php at line 11

it was
```
defined('') or die;
```
It should be indeed
```
defined('_JEXEC') or die;
```
This fixed your issue now everything works as expected
