I have installed the template but I am not happy! It is very slow and when I try other templates is it the same thing. There are hardly no extensions running and for sure no heavy ones!

It is very irritating at this moment because I have on my other site under Joomla 1.5 also a template of Joomlart and that one is running quick.

Maybe is it because I am building on a subdomain? I find it hard to believe because more sites run from subdomains. I hope that someone has a answer.

The site is: joomla.vivacomputers and all the time there is below in Firefox that he is waiting for media. Only there is hardly no media to wait for!

Also the strange thing is that when I want to login on the frontpage with my Super Administrator account it is not working!

You see lot’s of complains….sorry but I hope it can be solved because the templates are looking beautiful!

    Yes, Mate!

I have checked your site, the site working well, the site loaded fast not slowly as you said. I have some ideas:

    1) Because this template has a complex design, so it uses many images as backgrounds so that many http request will be made to get them for displaying the look and feel. => sure that the template will load slower than a template only has plain text or simple design.
    2) I used the firebug to check https , i saw some images were missing, this is a reason causing the slowly performence
    3) you installed the google analytic code and some services, if any connection or NET was slowly or fail, sure that your site will work slower than . And i saw that as you mentioned
“<blockquote> The site is: joomla.vivacomputers and all the time there is below in Firefox that he is waiting for media. Only there is hardly no media to wait for! </blockquote>”

    4) The t3 framework supports the Optimize CSS, JS function and cache function, i recommend you should enable them when the site go live, they will improve the performance and speed.

    Thanks

Thank you for responding! I would like to ask if you can take a look in my administrator section to arange it because I don’t know were to find it. If you want I can PM you the login.

    1. That I can understand and that is no problem. Beautiful takes time =:)
    2. That I don’t know which you mean because I just installed the template as it is.
    3. At the moment it is a fresh installation and Google Analytics is not running.
    4. All of those are switched on as you want so there I don’t know how to gain speed.

If possible can you take a look?

oh, you have re-installed the template and joomla 1.6:|, now , to check missing image and k the site loading time, you can use this site . http://tools.pingdom.com/?url=http://joomla.vivacomputers.nl/&treeview=0&column=objectID&order=1&type=1&save=true

    5) i forgot this: you need Disable the Development Mode in the template configuration,

Please provide me the supper administrator account and let me check this issue in detail
