I have been struggling with this issue for awhile now. I have a couple components (mijoshop, dtregister) that use content plugins to use syntax to embed Buy Now or Register Now buttons into articles. However, it appears that JA Decor’s styling in templates/ja_decor/html/com_content/article/default.php is keeping the plugins from functioning. Anyone have this issue or know the solution.

I’ve inspected the default.php file but I can’t seem to find where the issue is or why JA Decor would be set up this way in the first place…especially since the demo features Mijoshop.

It would be great if you can include an illustrated screenshot of what you are trying to achieve, It would help to understand the issues and give you specific answers.

Sure. I’m using a DTRegister content plugin where if I put the syntax {dtregister}21{/dtregister} in an article I should get a “Register Now” button at the bottom of the page that would link to an event (in this case event #21). However, JA Decor is blocking is somehow. I’ve attached a screenshot from another site I have (different template) where it is working so you can how it should look and one where the button is missing.

Also, Mijoshop has a similar content plugin where a mini “Buy Now” shopping cart should appear in an article. I’ve attached a screenshot of this page as well where you can see the syntax is showing up as just text. I’ve tried different editors as well as editing the page code itself.

I’m not sure if this plugin supports Bootstrap 3. JA Decor template is working with Bootstrap 3, please check with the extension developer on this.

If possible, please send me this plugin via private message, I will help to check further.
