I have a strange problem that is probably server related. It happens randomly when I modify some of the modules. The site does not load the template or any of the css file and ends up not losing the front-end. See image:
I tried the JAT3 clean cache et al and the only thing the fixes it is if I get to my host and reset all file permissions. I don’t want to keep doing that…. any way to prevent?

To what permissions settings does your webhost keep “resetting” your server structure?

The thing is, you shouldn’t have to keep re-setting your permissions – they should be at 755 for folders and 644 for files, and should remain that way.
