    Hi,

We noticed the home page styling on one of our client’s sites doesn’t appear correctly. Please see the following screenshots…

Please use the URL provided (admins only) and advise what is causing this and how to resolve.

    Thanks

    Hi @romolo,

Kindly check the customisation on your site for the layout again. Here is the markup in our demo site: http://prntscr.com/bdct21

You can see that the div tag for ‘t3-footer’, ‘t3-footnav’ are the same level with ‘t3-mainbody’ while on your site, it’s inside and cause the issue: http://prntscr.com/bdctxl

    Hi @saguaros,

    Thank you for your response.

Hmm ok, we haven’t changed this and I very much doubt the client would have too. Please advise how to resolve and what files to edit.

    Thank you

    Hi @saguaros,

Unfortunately it still doesn’t look right… I’ve tried clearing my cache and viewing in both Chrome and Firefox…

Please see the following screenshot – http://prntscr.com/be6lhq

    Please check again.

    Thanks

Seems that it due to the content in Twitter module, something with the content of tweet imported and it causes broken layout issue.

    It’s ok now.

    Hi @saguaros,

    Thank you for your response.

Hmm, I just tried to update the JA Twitter Module from 2.5.3 to the latest version 2.5.6 and it gave me two errors, so I rolled it back to 2.5.3 and unfortunately it looks like it’s reverted back to the conflicting template error. Apologies, I was unaware this would happen.

Please can you reapply your changes.

If we can’t display tweets on the twitter feed, it’s seems a bit of a waste… Can we limit the media that is shown within the module?

    Thanks again

Which error did you face when updating to 2.6.5 version?
