Hi all

I noticed in my backend there is a update for Playmag template, but when I try to make the update with Joomla update manager shows me an error. Attached image of the error.

What is going wrong? What is the update procedure?

Hello

You will need to use the Joomlart Extension Manager to update Joomlart commercial extensions like template is , install and configure it then update your template.

Hi again

I installed JEM and tried, but now it shows error too. Attached error image.

There is something wrong with mysql?… Its the first time I see that.

Hello

Nothing wrong

1) Go to configuration item on the left and click on save ( nothing else to do )

2) Go to Service Manager click on edit on the right side for Joomlart updater service .

3) Fill in your joomlart account ( username and password used to login on joomlart )

4) Flag Joomlart updater service as default service

5) Now you can update template.
