What am I missing guys?

EDIT I have just noticed the service URL is http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/j16/ja_magz.xml
Is it looking in the wrong (j16) place?

yes, that is correct place since we use j16 folder for extensions that compatible with Joomla 1.6+

To upgrade JA Templates and extensions, you should use JA Extension Manager, since they are commercial products, so you can not upgrade it via default Joomla Update Component.

Yes, I am using the JA Extension Manager.
