January 21, 2013 at 9:02 am #184202Hello,
we use Joomla 2.5 with JA Brisk template (installed from a quickstart).
In the template configuration, we can see that there is a update for the template (see the screenshot).
But we can find it in the Joomlart website…And Ja SlideShow Lite is up to date (1.1.3), but Joomla say that there is a update available…
Can you help us please ?
Thank in advance.

January 22, 2013 at 1:05 pm #480779So JAEM says you have 1.1.3 installed. Where’s the problem?
In the update page in Joomla, clear the cache. Then check for updates again and it should go away.
It’s a Joomla thing and not anything to do with Joomlart or your template.
🙂

Hello,
After upgrading JA Extensions thru JA Extension Manager, you have to clear cache of Joomla! Update.
For more information, please check this wiki link about Known Issues: http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Extensions_Manager/How-to#Known_issues

February 1, 2013 at 2:58 pm #482031Just rely on the JA Extension manager. The Joomla update manager does not report many extensions correctly.

February 1, 2013 at 3:57 pm #482036ok thanks. But the problem does appear in Joomlaupdate manager, but here the problem is in the “Template manager / JA brisk edit styles”.
But the solution is to change the default template to a other “ex : Atomic”
Go to the template JA Brisk, and is ok now (green square).Change again the default template to JA Brisk, and everything is ok now.
Strange isn’t it ?
