ive had a good look at related threads but none of the suggestions there seem to resolve my issue..basically, im trying to upload the sargas template to joomla via virtual private server with root access. i go backend site > installers > site templates. i browse for .zip file to upload & install

error msg reads:

Unrecoverable error “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)”

so i then checked write permissions on all files, then created new zip archive

when i uploaded this file, msg reads:

/public_html/media/install_45f2d337e4096/css/index.html does not exist!

ive also unsuccessfully tried the install from directory option from path like:

…/public_html/administrator/components/com_installer/template/

Could you please try and re-download the template zip through the JoomlArt system and let us know how you go. There may have been a corruption with the download process.

Thanks for the advice. yeah, i downloaded zip file again. template installed fine. it was definitely a corrupted file issue. problem solved! 😀
