In Sweden many nonprofit organizations have ads on their sites. Because of the tax system it´s not so easy to sponsor organizations in Sweden. Gifts are not tax reducable.

I ´m working with one organization and they have come upp with a wish to have an extra module to the right with the possibility to have an 250 px width banner there. And the whole page are not allowed to be more than 1024 in width.

Can I do that in the css-file? And how do I do it?
