    hi there i was wondering whether you could tell me why the Olivine template wont upload and install in the backend..?

    If you are having problems actually uploading the template, it’s more than likely due to a host-related issue.

    You have to upload it via FTP and set your configuration.php file to 777 during the install. Sometimes you may need to upload a blank configuration.php file (with no text in it) to get it to install on certain servers.

    Use something like FileZilla Client to upload files to your ftp host.

    Ftp hosts are usually http://ftp.yourdomain.com.

    If you have many problems, it may be easier to just use the JA quick start service, where they’ll set up Joomla for you.
