Is there a way to login as Administrator into the live demo? In particular I am interested in looking at the Uber template. There are some block configurations in the demo that I would like to use and these are not available in the quickstart.

At this time, the demo builder is not functioning – so, unfortunately, the answer to your question is no.

Your best bet is to install the template via the quickstart + sample data installation process
