how to change the name in the template log that says JA Quillaja and put my company name there also the date. please can some help

Hi guru2085,
Go to back end and choose global config. You will see the text box have label is site name, change it to your company name. It will be done.

This was very confusing.
As hieunt said you have done allready, your site name is correct.
But if you want the logo to be changed you need to do it i this image:
